I had a great experience with Tyler today. My garage door opener was just beeping, and the door wouldn’t open or close. When I called him, he made

a couple of suggestions over the phone, which would have meant I didn’t need him to come for a service call if they had worked. They didn’t, so he did come to look at it, made an adjustment to where one of the sensors was aimed, and the problem was fixed in 30 seconds. I asked him to check while he was here anyway, and see if there was any maintenance that needed to be done. He took a look at several things, and found that there was nothing he needed to do. He was very knowledgeable and educated me in the process. One of the reasons I chose to call All A’s was because of the other positive reviews that told similar stories. I got the impression Tyler is honest and wouldn’t try to sell me something I don’t need, and that’s exactly what I experienced with him as well. I absolutely will call this company again when I need garage door services.

Tyler came out to install a couple garage door openers at our new build and was priced reasonably, prompt, and easy to work with. What impressed me

most was that he came back out on his own free will to correct a lingering issue we couldn’t troubleshoot the day before. He didn’t have to do that but went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. That’s a rare quality in the service industry anymore! Will definitely utilize them for future needs!

I called All A’s around 9 AM and Tyler came out around Noon, assessed the broken spring, pole, and other

parts of our garage door He gave me an estimate, which I thought was very fair, on the spot and finished the work within about 30-40 minutes. Tyler was very friendly, provided some useful background info on how the garage door mechanism functions, and advised on general maintenance and lubrication. He also gave me some great information about the trim along the exterior opening and the quality of my solid wood door that is very useful. Tyler was very friendly and professional. Tyler was pretty awesome! He came out on a weekend to fix my springs about an hour after I called him! While here,

he explained what he was doing and took extra special care to get it right. I was impressed with the techniques he used to get the proper tension on the springs. Plus the new springs sound quieter than it ever did and the motor isn’t struggling anymore to lift the door. I don’t think the door was even installed correctly to begin with. So I am glad we had Tyler’s expertise!

The price was pretty good, and honestly I was kinda scared to do it myself. I know how dangerous this job is because a neighbor of mine got severely injured trying to fix his own springs. So paying a little extra to have it done properly is way cheaper than an ambulance and ER visit!
